Definity Partners is able to effect sustainable change by engaging employees, generating a spirit of commitment to the new tools and processes, and coaching them to be the agents who perpetuate change after Definity Partners has completed the project. We help to identify and educate leaders at all levels and works to have them model behavior that encourages and facilitates a culture of continuous improvement.
