		<description>Good article. A couple thoughts.  One, I like the use of the word inspire because it connotes rising to something more than oneself. Typically  motivate is used which is code word for do more of same with more skill or focus or work harder which becomes circular fostering more frustration. And, second I think a finely honed skill of &#039;draggers&#039; is  they are very good at tying up leaders with their woes, worries and poor work practices which then feeds the problem solver trait of leaders who take on the issue while the dragger walks away satisfied with him or herself.
