Definity University's Lean Certification Program exposes candidates to a greater understanding of lean philosophies and techniques through:
- intense classroom study and training, hands-on exercises and role playing
- demonstrated successes & best practice sharing at Lean-In-Action plant tours
- applied learning and rapid implementation via student-led Lean Improvement Projects
- one-on-one coaching with Definity Partners' Project Managers
