In fact, our Project Managers have a minimum of 10 years of operational management experience on the front lines of major corporations. With an intensely competitive and highly selective interview process, we extend offers to less than 2% of those candidates to join the firm. This rigorous effort means that we can guarantee that we always deliver the best to our clients.

Jay Kuhn

President

With a financial background and experience as an operations specialist for World Color, Jay Kuhn is an expert in both balancing numbers and managing people. But it's the ardent work ethic that was sown during his years watching his parents work 12 hour days and return home to work on their farm that fuels his passion to make things happen. Jay's tenure at Definity spans a decade and includes working with Fidelity Investments during their journey to back to back AQP awards. He also won entrepreneur of the year with Aero Fulfillment Services. His collective experience equips Jay with the leadership, vision, and discipline to lead Definity into its next frontier. While he acknowledges the great success the company has had in developing people and making businesses better, he's excited to expand into new industries and driving people-not just companies-to be successful.
