Definity University Lean Tools Certification- Columbus
6 half day classroom sessions + 2 on-line learning modules to attain Lean Tools Certification.
Join us beginning Thursday, February 26th for our Lean Tools Certification course. The course will consist of 6 half-day in-class sessions and 2 online sessions. The curriculum is designed to give students an in-depth study of lean principles, as well as offer a hands-on application.
The classes are being held at the Lake Shore Cryotronics, Inc. The partnership with Lake Shore Cryotronics will allow each attendee to put what they learn into practice in an active manufacturing environment. Classes are from 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM on the following Thursdays: 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26 and 4/2.

Certification Cost $1,899
Students will utilize an online Run Improve Grow Time Allocation application to track their time after the first session, the results of which will be integrated into an all-new Run Improve Grow Value Stream Mapping course in week two. Students Run Improve Grow VSM storyboard will be started in week two and will be a living document that they continue working on throughout the course to develop a lean project they can be working on during and after the course. The lean tools certificate will be dependent upon submission and approval of an approved Run Improve Grow VSM storyboard.
