A One-Day Workshop on Proven Lean Processes

The Definity University Lean Simulation Workshop teaches proven techniques for increasing productivity and eliminating waste. This one-day, interactive learning experience delivers a powerful introduction to important lean principals through a unique teaching method which includes a blend of interactive classroom sessions combined with hands-on, critical thinking simulation exercises.

You will participate in the direct application of lean techniques on a simulated production floor. Through multiple rounds of assembling Legos® into jeeps, you will discover how process improvements directly impact the bottom line. Blending traditional learning techniques with an interactive exercise, you leave with the ability to apply lean principles and tools to your business operations.
