Prior to joining Definity Partners, Chandler was a franchise owner in Dallas for Proforma, a printing and advertising specialty distributor. He grew the enterprise into the seventh largest in the franchise system. Previously at Proforma, Chandler served as Chief Business Development Officer, where he focused on franchise development. Chandler has also enjoyed tremendous success at notable organizations such as Wrabel & Company, Robert Half Management Resources, NACSCORP and Capital Business Resources.
